Nairobi National Park

Nairobi National Park

Nairobi National Park is one of the most unique parks in the world in that nowhere else exists a wildlife reserve only four miles from the centre of a capital city, featuring large populations of giraffe, wildebeest and gazelles. With the exception of the elephant, other Big Five game have been spotted in the park. The park is quite convenient for business travelers to sample a bit of Kenyan game, and also offers spectacular views of the city’s silhouette. The park is bounded by the Athi River to the South with its hippo pools and also houses the Dhaphne Sheldrick’s home for orphaned elephants
